Troubleshooting Export Issues on Windows

If you encounter difficulties exporting videos on Windows, it’s possible that your device doesn’t support the selected format. Consider trying a different format or adjusting the quality settings before attempting to export again.

Many modern PCs come equipped with multiple graphics cards. Sometimes, the internal Intel graphics might not be sufficient for video rendering tasks. In such cases, switching to the Nvidia or AMD video card may resolve the issue.

How to Change the Video Card Settings for Stop Motion Studio:

  1. Open System Settings:
    • Navigate to System > Display > Graphics.
  2. Add Stop Motion Studio:
    • Select Add an App (Microsoft Store App) and choose Stop Motion Studio.
  3. Select High Performance:
    • Below Stop Motion Studio, select Options and opt for High Performance (Nvidia).
  4. Restart and Export:
    • Launch Stop Motion Studio and proceed with exporting the video.

By following these steps, you can leverage the more powerful graphics card for video rendering, which should help resolve export issues.
