First Aid
Many issues can be resolved by simply restarting your device. If you are experiencing problems, try this first.
Restarting Your Device
iPhone or iPad
- Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button
- Located on the top of the device, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until a red slider appears.
- Slide to Power Off
- Slide the red slider to turn off the device.
- Wait for Shutdown
- Wait until the device is completely shut down.
- Restart the Device
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until the Apple logo appears.
- Restart the App
- Once the device is back on, start the app again.
Android Device
- Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until a menu appears.
- Select Power Off or Shutdown
- Choose Power Off or Shutdown from the menu.
- Wait for Shutdown
- Wait a minute until the device has completely shut down.
- Restart the Device
- Press the Sleep/Wake button to turn the device back on.
- Restart the App
- Once the device is back on, start the app again.
