I’m Having Trouble Exporting My Movie on Android

If the video file is not exported correctly, here are some options you can try:

1. Restart Your Device

A lot of issues can be solved easily by simply restarting your device. Follow these steps:

1. Press and Hold: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until a menu appears.
2. Power Off: Select Power Off or Shutdown.
3. Wait: Wait a minute until the device has shut down.
4. Restart: Start the device by pressing the Sleep/Wake button.
5. Restart App: Start the app again.

2. Reset the App

If restarting doesn’t work, try resetting the app:

1. Open the App: Tap the More button.
2. Reset Settings: Select Reset All Settings.
