The App Closes Instantly When Starting the Windows Version of Stop Motion Studio

This issue may occur if Windows cannot verify the ownership of the app. Ensure you are signed in to your Microsoft account using the same credentials you used to purchase the app:

  1. Open Settings in Windows.
  2. Go to Accounts > Your info.
  3. Check that you are signed in with the correct Microsoft account.
  4. If needed, sign out and sign back in with the account used for the purchase.
  5. Restart Stop Motion Studio.

This should resolve the issue by allowing Windows to verify the app’s ownership.
