My USB Camera Is Not Recognized on Windows

Windows bundles certain USB cameras and microphones together as a single device. If microphone access is disabled, Stop Motion Studio may not be able to access the camera’s video feed for live view. To fix the issue, enable microphone access to allow the app to use the USB camera:

1. Open Settings in Windows.
2. Go to Privacy & Security > Microphone.
3. Ensure Microphone access is turned on.
4. Scroll down to Let apps access your microphone and ensure it is enabled for Stop Motion Studio.

After enabling microphone access, restart the app and check if the camera is recognized.
