Restore a Deleted Project File

If you accidentally delete a project, you can restore it by following these steps:

For iPhone and iPad Users:

1. Recently Deleted Folder
   • When you delete a project, it goes into your Recently Deleted folder.
2. Recovery Timeframe
   • You have 30 days to recover a deleted project.
3. Steps to Recover
   • Open the Files app and navigate to Locations > Recently Deleted.
   • Select the file you want to recover and tap Recover.
4. Permanent Deletion
   • After 30 days, files in the Recently Deleted folder will be permanently removed.

For Android Users:

1. Recently Deleted Folder
   • When you delete a project, it goes into a Recently Deleted folder.
2. Recovery Timeframe
   • You have 7 days to recover a deleted project.
3. Steps to Recover
   • Open a File Explorer app and go to the project folder > Recently Deleted.
   • Move the project you want to keep back into the project folder to recover it.
4. Permanent Deletion
   • After 7 days, files in the Recently Deleted folder will be permanently removed.

Important Note:

• All files are stored locally on your device. We do not keep copies of your files.
• Please remember to regularly back up your valuable work to prevent loss.
